Ashill

Ashill identifies land and buildings with the potential to be re-purposed with sustainable and responsible development. We focus on land suitable for development, but which does not yet have planning permission, adding value through optimisation of development potential. We do this through expert plan­ning negotiation and community consultation, meticulous scheme design, technical understanding, and prioritising deliverability. Once detailed planning permission is obtained and development is ready to commence, the construction phase is delivered by one of our housebuilding partners.

Land is primarily acquired on an unconditional basis without planning, with some projects structured as partnerships with landowners or as joint ventures. We work with many different types of landowners, from private individuals and families to large corporate bodies and funds, to public and charitable institutions. Ashill is privately funded, and since our launch in 2008, we have obtained planning on thousands of new homes on over 50 different sites, all in the Southeast of England.
