Our expert land and planning team have experience in sourcing strategic land to promote through the planning system to purchasing schemes with outline or detailed permission or on subject to planning basis. In 2019 the business was acquired by VIVID, one of the South’s largest affordable housing providers, ensuring Bargate can continue to deliver exceptional developments which enhance the local community and area whilst also delivering much needed homes across varying tenures.
