Landra Developments is a young and agile land promotion business that was established two years ago with the financial backing of Lawrence Baker Ltd, one of the UK’s largest healthcare contractors.

At Landra Developments, we work with landowners to guide land through the planning system and unlock its full potential.  Our directors have over 80 years of combined experience in land promotion, planning and development.  We offer a personal, hands-on service and cover all associated planning and legal costs, delivering a risk-free solution that’s focusses on securing real value for our partners.
